In most cases we will directly invoice you insurance company for you. Where that is not possible, we will provide you with all the information you need to be re-imbursed for the cost of treatment from your insurer.

AXA/PPP clients.
We are able to invoice BUPA directly for your treatments. We will require your policy number and Authorisation code at your first appointment. Without this information, we cannot invoice BUPA for you.

Onebody Clinic is a AXA/PPP recognised Physiotherapy practice. As such we will invoice AXA/PPP directly for you. We simply need your membership number and authorisation for treatment from you, and we will take care of the rest.
